A Drop is a shareable link to a free download like a track, remix, or sample pack that fans can unlock by completing the actions you choose, such as entering their email, liking the track on SoundCloud, and following you on Instagram.
Yes. When SoundCloud changed its API access in June 2026, many download gates (like Hypeddit) lost their SoundCloud gate entirely. Ours still works – we automatically perform the actions for the user and verify the likes, reposts, comments, and follows were made, so fans have to actually engage to unlock the content.
Like, repost, comment, and follow on SoundCloud, follow on Instagram, like or follow on Spotify, and enter their name and email address. You can pick and choose any combination for each drop. If you want the fan to follow multiple Instagram profiles or engage with multiple SoundCloud or Spotify tracks or profiles per drop, you need the Pro plan.
No. Fans just open your link, complete the steps, and download. They only sign in to SoundCloud or Spotify if you've added one of those gates so the actions can be verified.
Yes. Every fan who unlocks is added to that drop's list, and you can export the full list as a CSV at any time. The contacts are yours to keep and bring anywhere.
Starter is $10/month ($100/year) for unlimited drops and one of every gate type. Pro is $20/month ($200/year) and adds the ability to have multiple of the same gate per drop (e.g. follow 2 Instagram accounts and engage with 3 tracks), support for custom domain, removed Backstaged branding, and priority support.
